At Eden’s Edge, I understand things come up. I just ask to be provided with as much notice as possible before your scheduled appointment if plans have changed so I can offer that appointment time to someone else on my wait list. If appointment is canceled 24-48 hours prior to my scheduled appointment time, your card will be charged 50% of the appointment total. If canceled any less than 24 hours prior, or no show, that I will be charged 100% of my scheduled appointment total. Tardiness of 15 minutes counts as a same day no show, and will be charged accordingly if services are not able to be performed in the remaining appointment time.
